What training will I go through if I am hired by Sheehy? 

Depending on which department you are hired into your training will vary. For sales, you will receive a lot of up front training and then generally attend training weekly. For service, your training will depend on your experience, but technicians receive continuous training in order to keep track of the increasing complexity of today's vehicles. For accounting, again the training will depend on experience level.
